This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship orders placed on bredbyfatty.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

During periods of high demand, new product drops, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.


2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We ship all domestic orders via USPS or a comparable carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed.

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch (where available)

Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and estimated costs.

Important: International customers are solely responsible for ensuring that importing seed products is legal in their country. We are not responsible for any orders seized by customs authorities, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — applicable discounts will be applied automatically at checkout when a promotion is active.


4. Packaging and Discretion

All orders are packaged securely and discreetly. Our packages do not display any cannabis-related branding, imagery, or product descriptions on the exterior. Return address information will be minimal and professional.

We take packaging seriously to protect your privacy and ensure safe delivery.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.


6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@bredbyfatty.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bred By Fatty Genetics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, building management, or other household members
  • Checking around all entry points to your property
  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely
  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a missing package claim

If your package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered) by the carrier, please contact us at info@bredbyfatty.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and products

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


9. Customs and Legal Responsibility

All seeds are sold as novelty and collector items only. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the importation and possession of seed products.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities or law enforcement. No refunds will be issued for orders seized by any government authority.


10. Holidays and Weather Delays

During major holidays, carriers may experience significant delays and reduced capacity. We recommend placing orders well in advance of any important dates. Weather events, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control may also affect delivery times. We are not responsible for carrier delays resulting from such events.
